Aspen Hill Rates
Our rates are based on level of care (i.e. Independent, Assisted or Extensive) as well as individual needs of the resident. Comprehensive assessments are conducted by our nursing staff using the Virginia Uniform Assessment Instrument.
Room rates start at $6,000/month, and respite rates at $200/day, each depending upon level of care. The monthly room rate includes meals, snacks, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and transportation to and from doctor appointments.
Assisted Living
Resident assistance with one or more daily living activities.
Extensive Care
Total resident assistance with daily living activities.
